The last two years have been banner years for our Texas rental boiler market. One of our corporate goals for the year 2021 was to extend our rental fleet further into the Lonestar state. And as the old saying goes, “Go big, or Go home!” We went BIG during this period.  The last 24 months have been a hallmark period in mobilizing numerous trailer-mounted boilers into the state. Our temporary boilers are currently providing over 275,000 lbs/hr of steam into the state of Texas. With numerous trailer and skid-mounted high-capacity rental boilers, our fleet has been able to meet the various demands of the jumbo state.

From the Northeast corner and throughout the Gulf region, Texas’ booming and multi-faceted industries are calling upon Power Mechanical’s rental fleet for supplemental and contingency steam. In addition to the ever-growing industries, Texas saw some unprecedented winter conditions in early 2021 that brought on a large emergency push. Food production, chemical refineries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, textile production, lumber mills, and of course the oil industry are among the many various sectors that Power Mechancial Inc.’s rental boilers have been paramount in providing temporary steam provisions.

From Houston to Austin, then North into Fort Worth and Dallas the ever-growing industries within the cities of Texas depend on Power Mechanical’s rental boilers.

We have high-pressure steam trailer-mounted boilers in capacities from 40,000 lbs/hr up to 82,500 lbs/hr and modular capabilities to serve even larger capacities. Our 75,000 lbs/hr Cleaver-Brooks of Nebraska, NOS-2A-67 is a commonly used model for these industrial facilities throughout Texas.
