Headquarters
Power Mechanical’s headquarters is home to corporate operations for the company. Accounting, mechanical contracting, estimating, rental project management and other administrative teams work out of this location.
On the backside of the building is 10,000 square feet of rental boiler maintenance and fabrication space.
Training & Meeting Center
Weekly and monthly training sessions are held at this building. Topics include safety, personal development and meeting related to daily operations.
Equipment Sales
Boiler Equipment Sales
Power Mechanical’s refurbished boilers and mobile boiler rooms for sale are built at 4809 Roanoke Ave. The building houses 10,000 feet of industrial fabrication and manufacturing space. Sales and acquisitions take place within 4809’s office space.
Chiller Equipment Sales
4808 Commerce is home to Power Mechanical’s chiller maintenance division. Used and rental chillers are serviced at this facility before being test ran in our test station.
Used Equipment Storage
2132 56th Street is Power Mechanical’s indoor and outdoor storage facility for used boiler and chiller equipment.
Manufacturing
Machine Shop
Power Mechanical’s machining and valve repairs are managed inside of 4811 Roanoke. This building is equipped with a full machine shop including CNC plasma, saw, shear, milling machine, lathe and air + water + steam relief valve testing stand.
Manufacturing
In 2016 Power Mechanical acquired 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space on 2.2 acres of industrial property to launch a product manufacturing division.
Rentals
Test Station
2130 56th Street is home to Power Mechanical’s rental + refurbished boiler and chiller testing station. Boilers up to 82,500 lbs/hr and chillers up to 1,000 tons can be tested at full rate.
Rental Maintenance
On the backside of our corporate headquarters is 10,000 square feet of industrial fabrication space for assembly and maintenance of rental assets.
Rental Equipment Storage
303 E Street is a 1.5 acre lot of outdoor storage space. Our fully enclosed rental boilers, rental chillers and rental cooling towers are stored here in between rental projects.
