B589 is a Cleaver-Brooks CBW model 400 HP 150psi used boiler, originally built in 1993. The CBW model is a 3-pass wetback boiler from Cleaver-Brooks with the conventional integral CB model burner. B589 is designed to fire on #2 oil but can be converted to natural gas, #6 oil or propane firing.
