Power Mechanical, Inc. headquarters with sales, project management and engineering office space as well as four bays for refurbished boiler assembly and temporary boiler service. Full test fire capabilities on site as well as full capacity chiller and pump testing.
Rental chiller building for service, repair and construction of temporary mobile chiller assets
Rental boiler assembly line for manufacturing of new rental boiler assets to be utilized across America. Full machine shop capabilities, plasma cutting, press brakes, iron workers and other assorted fabrication machinery in house.

Railcar Spur for loading & unloading of boilers and other over sized assets shipped via locomotive power
Lay Down Yard for temporary storage of construction project assets and long term storage for outdoor storage clientele. This property was recently developed with hard packed gravel for storage of superload assets with zero ground sinking potential.
Rental Boiler Storage for temporary storage of rental assets returned from rental job sites. Assets are staged according to their level of rental preparedness for immediate shipment on emergency rental jobs.
Used Boiler Storage building with full bridge crane capabilities. Used boilers are stored indoors to prevent corrosion to exterior and potential rain and freeze damage from the outdoor elements.
Rental Pump Storage building to house Power Mechanical feed water systems, chilled water pump systems, hydronic skid systems, bladder tanks and other water transfer assets.
